This website is operated by Collective Coffee Company. These terms govern your use of the website and purchases made through it, together with our Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
Using the Website
Use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting us. Misuse, attempted unauthorised access, disruption of services, and infringement of others' rights are prohibited.
Products and Prices
Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinars. Delivery charges and any additional fees are shown before payment.
We may update prices, product details, and offers. These changes do not affect previously confirmed orders.
Product images are illustrative, and packaging colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Tasting notes describe flavours and aromas you may perceive in the coffee; they do not indicate added ingredients. Any added ingredients or flavourings are stated in the product description.
Orders and Payments
Please check your products, quantities, grind selections, delivery address, and phone number before completing your order.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to choose between waiting until a specified date, accepting an alternative with any price difference settled, or receiving a refund for the unavailable product. We will not substitute products without your agreement.
If we discover a material pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before proceeding, or cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid for it.
We may suspend or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorised payment use. We will notify you and handle any payments in accordance with legal requirements.
Delivery
We deliver to all areas of Kuwait. Delivery fees vary by area and are displayed before payment.
Delivery operates daily except Fridays. Orders placed before 2 PM Kuwait time are delivered the same day. Orders placed at or after 2 PM are delivered on the next delivery day.
Orders placed on Thursday at or after 2 PM, and orders placed on Friday, are delivered on Saturday.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or because you cannot be reached at delivery time, we will contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee may apply and will be confirmed in advance. No additional fee applies if the issue is our responsibility.
If we cause a delay, we will notify you of the revised delivery date. If it is unsuitable, you may cancel before receiving the order and receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before preparation begins. If coffee grinding has started or the order has been dispatched, please contact us to check whether cancellation is possible. This does not affect your rights under our Returns and Refunds Policy or applicable law.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the Returns and Refunds Policy published on our website.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our published Privacy Policy. Marketing subscriptions are optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Website Content and External Links
Our logos, images, text, and designs belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the rights holder.
The website may link to external services or websites governed by their own terms and policies. This does not remove Collective's responsibilities concerning your order.
Responsibility and Your Rights
We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but technical errors or temporary interruptions may occur. If a problem affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it.
These terms do not exclude our responsibility for defective products or our own errors, or limit any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Your order remains subject to the terms in effect when it was placed; later changes do not apply retrospectively.
